Jim Johnson is a Denver-based architectural photographer who uses digital technology to shoot exterior and interior photographs of buildings to capture the essence of the building. Jim works with architects and interior designers as well as with property owners.

When shooting architectural interiors, he uses a combination of both existing lighting and studio strobe lighting. Twilight exterior views he creates of buildings are a dramatic rendition — often turning an otherwise plain looking structure into something stunning.

Communicating the emotional appeal of your building and of your interior spaces involves intelligently representing the vertical and horizontal lines and the colors and tones.

Jim's architectural photography assignments have taken him to more than six hundred cities nationwide.
